Suzanne left Deutsche Bank to pursue her passion for showing individuals and teams how to release and maximize their management and leadership capability as well as their personal confidence through making significant contributions to business profitability and competitiveness.

She is currently applying her organizational development, change leadership and management experiences in her management coaching practice with managers at all levels in:

Suzanne has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Child and Family Studies. She is also member of the International Coaching Federation.

Suzanne ZemkeSuzanne has run both the London and New York marathons in the same year. When she started training she could only run three miles.
