• The coach provides direct support, mentoring, training and feedback as the manager executes the plan.
• The coach and manager evaluate the success of the plan and the value of the goal.
• The manager reports results formally.

Team Coaching

Suzanne works with teams devise and execute a plan to achieve a valuable business goal. In addition to delivering against a challenging team goal, the teams show significant improvements in team dynamics that will lead to ongoing improvements in team performance. With the support, guidance and mentoring of your management coach you will not only achieve your team goal, you will also develop team work skills and team dynamics that you can use to tackle future team challenges.

Team Coaching:

• Team and coach meet regularly by telephone or in person.
• Together they identify a challenging business goal and a result that has tangible business value.
• Together they develop a strategy for achieving the goal.
• The coach provides direct support, mentoring, training and feedback as the Team executes the plan.
• The coach and manager evaluate the success of the plan and the value of the goal.
• The team reports results formally.

Workshops

• Two-hour interactive workshops present key planning, delivery and leadership concepts and introduce the associated skills. 
• The workshops are hard hitting, fast paced and relevant. 
• Content and delivery reflects decades of management and leadership experience “in the trenches.”
• Workshops can be used to lay the groundwork for an organizational coaching engagement or to reinforce and extend the insights and learning gained during a coaching engagement. 
• Workshops are customized to the needs of the organization and draw on a large existing inventory of content and material.
